People have still not got over the popular track ‘WAP’ by Cardi B and Meghan Thee Stallion, and here’s Cardi B announcing another collaboration that has taken over the Internet.

The American rapper and songwriter took to Instagram to announce she’s teaming with the former Fifth-Harmony singer Normani for her upcoming single ‘Wild Side’. Unveiling the cover of the single, Cardi B captioned the post, “Get your coins ready.”

The cover shows the two singers clad in nothing but their luscious mane. While the details about the collaboration are still under wraps, Cardi B, in her Instagram story, said that she’s very excited as this project is more for Normani than her. The 28-year-old rapper-songwriter said that she’s just a tiny part of it and that it is all for Normani.

Although it hasn’t been officially confirmed, ‘Wild Side’ is expected to be a part of Normani’s much-anticipated debut album slated for release sometime in the summer.

‘Wild Side’ will be released on July 16, 2020, via major streaming platforms, including Apple Music and Spotify. 

Normani’s Debut Album

Soon after the pop act ‘Fifth Harmony’ took an indefinite hiatus in 2018, Normani started working with the RCA Executive, Tunji Balogun, for her debut album. RCA is an American Record Label under Sony Entertainment The highly-anticipated album will be releasing in the summer of 2021. According to Normani, the album will be an opportunity for the public to be able to get to know her in a way that they haven’t before.

The 25-year-old singer-songwriter is popularly known for singles such as ‘Waves’, ‘Dancing with a Stranger’ and ‘Motivation’. While she has been teasing her fans with a few singles in the last two years, Normani has started hinting about her album through her Instagram feed. Well, it is only a matter of time before the world gets to sway to the rhythm of her music.
