Rapper Coolio died on Wednesday, at 59, TMZ reported.

Coolio was at his friend’s home in Los Angeles when he died, according to Jarez, the American artist’s longtime manager. He was found unresponsive on the bathroom floor. Paramedics were called and he was pronounced dead at the scene. He is suspected to have died of a cardiac arrest, but the official cause of death is pending.

Among those who remembered Coolio on social media were “Weird Al” Yankovic, who was involved in a feud with the rapper when he released the song “Amish Paradise.”

Coolio and Weird Al Yankovic’s beef began when Weird Al released “Amish Paradise,” a spoof of Coolio’s popular single “Gangster’s Paradise.”

Coolio did not think Weird Al’s song was funny. He issued a public statement calling him out for using his song without first asking permission. But Coolio cooled off as he realized he had probably overreacted.

According to Yahoo!, Coolio considered it “one of the dumbest” things he had done in his whole career.

“I sat down, and I really thought it out,” he said. “I was like, ‘Wait a minute.’ I was like, ‘Coolio, who the f— do you think you are? He did Michael Jackson. Michael Jackson didn’t get mad.”

“I was being too magnificent and too terrific about myself and that’s not what you want to do,” he said.

Since his epiphany, Coolio apologized to Yankovic for the outburst.

“That was a stupid thing for me to do,” he said.

Weird Al asked Coolio to appear in a 3D movie he released in 2009 titled “Al’s Brain.” However, Coolio turned down the offer because “the zeros wasn’t right.”
