Scottish singer and actor Darius Campbell-Danesh died at the age of 41, his family announced on August 16, 2022. His cause of death has not been revealed. He was due to celebrate his birthday in four days, August 19.

According to a statement from his family, on August 11, Darius was found unresponsive in his apartment room in Rochester, Minnesota.

Darius was born in Glasgow on August 19, 1980, to a Scottish mother, Avril Campbell, and an Iranian father, Booth Danesh.

His younger brothers are Aria (born 1983) and Cyrus, the eldest of three boys (born 1995). He attended Bearsden Primary School and the Glasgow Academy before enrolling at the University of Edinburgh to study English Literature and Philosophy.

Darius Campbell-Danesh released two studio albums, Dive In (2002) and Live Twice (2004), both of which charted in the top 40 in the United Kingdom.

Natasha Henstridge was born in the Springdale town of Newfoundland province of Canada. She had been previously married to  US actor Damian Chapa in 1995 but the couple divorced the next year.

Henstridge began modeling at the age of 14 while growing up in Fort McMurray, Alberta, with her younger brother, Shane. She won first runner-up in the Casablanca Modeling Agency’s Look of the Year competition.

She made her film debut with the movie Species in the year 1995. Henstridge famously acted in the Spanish movie Second Skin (1999), a romantic drama, where she played the role of Crystal Ball. The Canadian actress has also subsequently starred in movies such as Bronx Skull (2016), The Black Room (2017), The Unhealer (2021) among many others.

Henstridge made her TV debut with the Showtime TV series, The Outer Limits in 1995. Along with this, the actress has also. She appeared as the Speaker’s Chief of Staff on the ABC drama Commander in Chief, which starred Geena Davis as a fictional female US president, from 2005 to 2006. 

Henstridge appeared as a guest on The Tonight Show with Conan O’Brien in 2009. She appeared as Renee Locklear in the season 9 finale and season 10 premiere of CSI: Miami in 2011. She then played Dawn Chamberlain in the CW television series The Secret Circle.

She has been starring in the CBC Television series Diggstown since 2019.
