In the time when most of us are working from home, worn out t-shirts and done-to-death pajamas have become our fashion staple. However, a little bit of effort and a designer’s guide can do wonders without thinking too much.

“I would say if somebody is looking to experiment with their looks, the beautiful  embroidered top will work,” said Reynu, adding that she herself has come up with a new range of embroidered tops matching masks.

“You have easy pajamas and easy dhoti at home. Also there are beautiful tops so just wear your matching mask and see what statement you can make,” added the designer who has recently finished a photo shoot with actress Kareena Kapoor Khan for a jewellery brand.

She emphasized that though some sections of people are working from home, there are some who are still out and about and the mask range matching their outfit will work beautifully for them.

“I feel that when you are running the business or you are running the trend so if any change comes, you better adopt  and be ready for the particular time instead of cribbing about it. You all have pajamas and linen trousers at home just team that up with crochet top and matching mask and you are ready to rock the world,” she said.

So if you are planning to make masks at home too, take cue from the designer.

“What I have done is that I made the upper layer in georgette as you also need breathing space. There is a little lining under it in the knit in which you can breathe also and you don’t catch the infection from people. Also, there is elastic on the side so you don’t have to touch your mask,” she said.

She has introduced the range in bridal wear too.

“In august onwards there are weddings so there are brides who are liking for clothes, though they are looking for lighter lehengas  so I am designing a line for bridal. We are also making matching masks for the ones who want,” she said.

Reynu’s design exudes a great deal of spirit and energy with the colors and embellishments she feels free to indulge in. She aspires to make Indian fashion more popular and affordable and she is having unlimited fun on the fashion track along with being an in house designer for her daughter Nikhita and son Rahil.

“Nikhita wants my designs whenever she wants to wear Indian clothing. For Rahil, if he is going for Indian function I make a nice kurta pajama for him otherwise he doesn’t follow me because he is crazy about jeans and I don’t make them so his wardrobe has 100 type of branded jeans and I don’t make that,” said the designer.
