Singer Elton John was forced to postpone two of his shows in Dallas after testing positive for coronavirus. If you have already booked your tickets, here’s how you get your refunds.

According to Ticket Master, the tickets will be valid for the new date. People can locate their tickets by logging in to their online accounts and check if they are eligible for a refund or credit. 

“You can locate your tickets by signing in to your online account. If your event is eligible for a refund or credit, those options will be visible within the Event Details of your order,” the website states.

The legendary singer was supposed to perform at the American Airlines Center in Dallas on Tuesday and Wednesday as part of his “Farewell Yellow Brick Road” tour. He, however, was forced to cancel the shows after testing positive for coronavirus.

“It is with great regret that the Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour dates in Dallas set for Tuesday, January 25 and Wednesday, January 26 must be postponed due to Elton recently testing positive for COVID-19,” the center posted on its website.

“Fortunately, Elton is fully vaccinated and boosted, and is experiencing only mild symptoms. Fans should hold on to their tickets as they will be honored at the rescheduled dates to be announced soon. Elton and the Farewell Yellow Brick Road tour look forward to returning to the stage shortly,” the statement added.

He is next scheduled to perform in Little Rock, Arkansas, and Oklahoma City on Saturday and Sunday.

The singer also took to Instagram to confirm that his symptoms are mild.

“It’s always a massive disappointment to move shows and I’m so sorry to anyone who’s been inconvenienced by this but I want to keep myself and my team safe,” he wrote.
