In the beggining of ‘The Devil Judge’ Yo-Han is seen screaming
to the heaven after K’s demise. He calls Soo-Hyun to ask for help. He passes
out on the ground breathing heavily, afterall he is ensured too.
Meanwhile Soo-Hyun shows up and saves Ga-On from the protestors
in district. However, the Foundation turn their attention to So-Yoon,
injecting her and taking the girl away.
Yo-heart Han’s collapses as he comes home. Sun-A sits at the
table with Elijah while her lackey shows off her gun in a low-key manner. It’s
a quick conversation, but it gets the point through. Things have just become a
lot more personal.

Meanwhile, Ga-On and Soo-Hyun talk about Ga-relationship On’s
with Yo-Han. Ga-On moves forward and kisses his pal while they hold hands.
Soo-Hyun, on the other hand, is startled and departs, flustered, following
their kiss.
The entire country has been flipped upside down as a result of
President Heo’s news conference. He imposes a curfew of 10 p.m., and any
efforts at rescue will be punished to the full extent of the law.
Knowing it’s a lie Yo-Han approaches the judge, who is the lead
of the foundation. On the other hand, judhe refuses to believe that it’s a lie
and Ga-On leaves irritated. Due to her
curiosity to find out the truth she goes to the slum and finally seems to
understand.

Yo-Han approaches Heo and begs him to put everything on hold.
Heo dismisses the idea, pointing out that the same individuals who created
Yo-Han also created him. In reality, it’s a deadlock, though Yo-Han does
indicate that a live trial may be a possibility.
Heo beats him at his own game by establishing an emergency court
to handle all matters relating to the epidemic and current breakout in the
slums. What about the judge? Jin-Joo, to be precise. To add insult to injury,
she wants Yo-Han to hand over the throne to her during an inauguration. Yo-Han
isn’t happy, but he accepts the terms nonetheless.
And all of them are working together as Soo-Hyun continues his
investigation by going to visit a man named Jung-Joseph In the wake of what she
witnessed yesterday, Jin-joo is willing to cooperate with them to eliminate the
Foundation.

It’s Yo-job Han’s to keep track of what’s actually going on in
the world. Despite the fact that all of this is caught on film, Ga-On is also
struck. Unbeknownst to Soo-Hyun, he is on his way there. A helpless old man was
beaten to death by Choong-Sik, leaving him in a crumpled heap.
The town is then plunged into chaos when Heo shuts off the
electricity. The gang however still has lights from their phone and the app
running. When Soo-Hyun shows up she’s shot dead. Ga-On is shocked over how much
her character has been wasted (as are we to be honest!) After professing her
love to Ga-On, she collapses on the ground and passes away.
When Soo-Hyun arrives, she’s shot to death by the police. As
astonished as Ga-On is at how much of her character has been wasted, so are we!
As soon as she confesses her love to Ga-On, she falls and dies.
