According to TMZ, Ethan Slater has officially filed for divorce from his estranged wife, Lily Jay, in New York City. The documents obtained by TMZ do not reveal any specific reason for the divorce.

A source confirmed to ET on July 17 that Ariana Grande and her husband, Dalton Gomez, had separated. Shortly after that, on July 18, word broke that Ethan Slater had filed for divorce from his estranged wife, Lily Jay. After tying the marriage in May 2021, five months after announcing their engagement, Ariana and Dalton were wed for two years.

Ethan Slater and Lily Jay, who were former high school classmates, got married in 2018. The couple welcomed the birth of their son, their first child, last year.

Boq’s journey in the story causes him to transform into the Tin Man, creating the world of “The Wizard of Oz” in the musical “Wicked.”
