Actor Nicole Evangeline Lilly, who is all set to reprise the role of Hope Pym/Van Dyne in Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania, has praised the new script calling her entry in the upcoming instalment the “best” so far. The movie Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania is expected to make a release in 2023.

Lilly made the statements in the latest interview with ‘Collider’ when she was about her reactions after reading the script. The star lauded writer Jeff Loveness (Rick and Morty) and hailed the movie as the best Ant-Man film yet.

“I was so stoked on the script. Jeff Loveness is our new writer for the film. And we’ve never worked with him before. I think he is phenomenal. I think he’s one of the best writers we’ve ever had. I think he’s got an incredible mastery of voice. So on the page, I could hear all the characters, and I knew that he’d kind of harnessed each person’s unique personality. I just think that it’s going to be really special. I think it’s going to be really good. I actually think it has the chance to be the best one we’ve done yet,” Lilly was quoted as saying by Collider.

The actor also said that though she hadn’t been able to keep up with the most recent Marvel Cinematic Universe work, she managed to catch Loki and Wanda Vision and loved the series.

‘Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania’ is an upcoming American superhero film based on Marvel Comics featuring the characters Scott Lang / Ant-Man and Hope Pym / Wasp.

In addition to Lilly, Paul Rudd, Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer will also be reprising their roles of Scott Lang, Hank Pym, and Janet Van Dyne, respectively in the movie.

Kathryn Newton as Cassie Lang and Jonathan Majors are also set to join the cast as Marvel’s much-hyped villain Kang the Conqueror.
