Actor and model Milind Soman often shares fitness tips and motivates fans to stay healthy. He posts pictures and videos of his workout and running sessions on social media to let fans know the importance of a healthy lifestyle. On Wednesday, he shared a post on Instagram to share tips on staying healthy amid the COVID-19 lockdown.

The ‘Pyar Ki Dhun’ star shared two photos of himself on Instagram– one where he is running, and the other being a a close-up shot. Posting it, he wrote, “I’ve been running 6km every day, still taking it easy after the lockdown, will increase gradually as I feel like 😊 so many people have been writing to me about being able to start a healthier lifestyle during the lockdown, so I guess there are silver linings that we can create for ourselves even when surrounded by the darkest clouds”.

He said that even five minutes of running could make one healthy. “Remember that even five minutes a day is good enough to start with, and then just see what happens 🙂 #noequipmentneeded,” his post read.

Milind also explained why his mask was pulled down in the photo where he was running. “For those who want to know, yes I pull down the mask when nobody is around and my footwear are the vibram five fingers with toes cut off,” he wrote.

On Wednesday, Milind shared a photo of himself sitting in a car and said that he has begun to travel with prior permissions. “Travel starts again ! Baby steps for everyone, permissions required, road blocks outside every town to check papers, its like we are in the middle of a war, or post apocalypse, every town protecting itself from outsiders, not knowing who is friend or foe,” he wrote.

Milind is an active user on Instagram and often shares photos of himself and his wife, Ankita. The actor was last seen in the second season of Amazon Prime’s web series ‘Four More Shots Please’
