The Grammy Honors are known for music, live performances amongst other things. This year the awards will take place on April 3 in Las Vegas’ MGM Grand Arena.

Here are the Grammys’ five best performances of all time:

Billie Eilish and Finneas (2020)

Billie Eilish and her brother Finneas performed an utterly beautiful rendition of their hit song “When The Party’s Over.” Her poise vocal control and simply beautiful tone were chill-inducing.

Lady Gaga and Mark Ronson (2019)

Despite the fact that Lady Gaga’s Oscar-winning song “Shallow” from A Star Is Born isn’t very head-banging, she took her funky dance moves to the stage as she performed it with Mark Ronson at the 61st Annual Grammy Awards.

The Commodores, ‘Easy’ (1978)

The Commodores were at the pinnacle of their soul grandeur in this old-school R&B hit from the 1970s. Axeman Thomas McClary dominated the night with his unique slide-guitar techniques, while Lionel Richie blasts the piano with maximum fro.

Eurythmics, ‘Sweet Dreams (1984)

Annie Lennox surprised the audience that night when she performed “Sweet Dreams” while dressed as Elvis drag. It’s difficult to put into words how surprising this gender-twisting act was at the time for American television audiences. It had a huge effect on many admirers, including a little girl named Stefani Germanotta, a.k.a. Lady Gaga, who later paid tribute by presenting the VMAs as she alter ego Jo Calderone.
