Marvel Studios recently dropped a showreel that featured glimpses, titles, and logos of its upcoming 2021, 2022, and 2023 film slate. In the first look of ‘Eternals’, fans noticed the presence of Indian actor Harish Patel in a scene with Pakistani-origin actor Kumail Nanjiani.

Now Patel, better known for his role as ‘Ibu Hatela’ in’ Gunda’, has confirmed that it was indeed him in the first look video.

“Yes, the man you saw in the teaser is me,” he told Indian Express and added that “I can just confirm that I am doing Eternals but cannot speak about it right now. The makers haven’t even announced my name, and I will wait for them to do that.”

Previously, the actor also played the iconic role of Seth Roopchand in the 1987 film ‘Mr India’.
