As the world is slowly gaining back its pace amid the COVID-19 pandemic, the entertainment industry is also opening up with caution. Hollywood has been returning to work in recent times, and this includes the late night shows.

“The Late Show with Stephen Colbert” and “The Late Late Show with James Corden” have returned to shooting floors for their filming while keeping up with the precautions that COVID-19 demands.

Television presenter Stephen Colbert took to Twitter to announce the return of his show to the floors. “Tonight, after five months, I’m back in my office at the Ed Sullivan Building!”

He hosted the show on Monday from his office building where a set had been constructed.

With “The Late Late Show with James Corden”, there was a brand new socially distanced set.

“After lots of careful planning and an overhaul of our studio to ensure the safety of our staff and crew, we’re thrilled to announce that we’re back this Monday night with all-new episodes of the #LateLateShow,” the show’s official Twitter page announced.
