The lead actors of ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’ Shin Min Ah and Kim Seon Ho and Lee Sang Yi revealed exciting reasons to tune into their upcoming drama. The show will be available on tvN and Netflix. It is set to premiere on August 28 as a weekend drama.

Shin Min Ah shared that ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’ portrays realistic human stories she said, “The realistic human stories of the colourful people within the village of Gongjin.”

She also said, “Once you see how beautiful and peaceful the seaside village of Gongjin is and hear the unique stories of each character, I believe you’ll automatically feel comforted.”

Shin Min Ah plays the role of a dentist Yoon Hye Jin who moves to the seaside town of Gongjin to start her own clinic.

Kim Seon Ho revealed that ‘Hometown Cha-Cha-Cha’s charming point is its beautiful scenery. “The beautiful scenery that comforts you just at the sight of it and the lovely people of Gongjin who live in that scenery,” said Kim Seon Ho.

Kim Seon Ho plays the role of Hong Doo Sik, an unemployed but busiest man in the seaside town. Hong Doo Sik is always busy helping people around the town. He is an expert at odd jobs.

Lee Sang Yi plays the role of a Ji Sang Hyun, a star variety show PD (producing director) who creates warm content featuring the everyday lives of the common people. He chooses Gongjin as the location for his new show.

While talking about the drama’s key point, Lee Sang Yi said, “I really liked that the background is nature. It almost felt the same as the background of a nature documentary.”

He further said, “In today’s world where the small things have become more valuable, I hope that viewers will feel nature more through ‘Homemade Cha-Cha-Cha’ and hold it in longer in your eyes and hearts.”
