Angus Cloud, the talented actor famous for his role as Fezco “Fez” O’Neill in “Euphoria,” has died at the age of 25.

In an interview on the A24 Podcast, Angus Cloud disclosed the serendipitous moment that set his acting career in motion. While walking down a Manhattan street with friends, he was approached by a casting company representative named Eléonore Hendricks.

Intrigued by his appearance and authenticity, she invited him to audition for a new TV series, which turned out to be “Euphoria.” Despite never having acted before, Angus decided to give it a shot.

At the auditions, Angus was filmed answering random questions about his life, giving the casting directors a glimpse of his genuine personality and captivating presence. Surprisingly, he managed to impress and was called back to audition for the show’s pilot episode. This time, he wowed the director, Augustine Frizzell, who played a crucial role in shaping his character.

Angus Cloud’s journey into acting was unconventional, as he did not attend any acting school or receive formal training. He followed his instincts and portrayed Fez as he believed the character should be, earning praise for his authentic performance. His lack of experience in the field did not deter him; rather, it became his greatest strength, allowing him to bring an unfiltered and real quality to his character.
