After months of paying no heed to rapper Kanye West’s internet attacks, comedian-actor Pete Davidson broke his silence, and perhaps the internet, by releasing private text messages that the comedian exchanged with West. The duo has been in a tiff since reality television star Kim Kardashian began dating Pete Davidson after divorcing Kanye West.
Released by Dave Sirus, Davidson’s manager, the text thread displays Davidson keeping things civil for the most part, except for an “In bed with your wife” response.
Uploaded by The Shade Room on Instagram, the text message conversation starts off with a text by Davidson, who introduces himself as “Skete”, a nickname made by West to mock the comedian.
“Yo it’s Skete, Can you please take a second and calm down. It’s 8am and it don’t gotta be like this. Kim is literally the best mother I’ve ever met. What she does for those kids is amazing and you are so f***ing lucky that she’s your kids mom,” Davidson wrote.

He added, “I’ve decided I’m not gonna let you treat us this way anymore and I’m done being quiet. Grow the f*** up.”
Digging his own grave, West responded, “Oh you using profanity, Where are you right now?”

In his comedic way, Davidson then responded, “In bed with your wife,” attaching a picture of himself, poking his tongue out.
The text conversation went on with both Davidson and West launching attacks of rehabs, hospitals, publicity, and a rendevous to talk “man to man”.

“I have your back even though you treat me like s*** because I want everything to be smooth. But if you continue to press me like you have for the past 6 months, I’m gonna stop being nice,” Davidson concluded in the text thread.
The comedian seems to have broken his vow of silence after West shared lengthy videos on Instagram, bashing Kim for filming a TikTok video with their daughter, North West.
