After Kangana Ranaut called Taapsee Pannu ‘burden of the country’ and ‘ a freeloader’ over her post on ‘propaganda teachers’ directed towards celebrities, the latter says that it’s in the DNA of the ‘Queen’ famed actress to be toxic.

While replying to a tweet, which showed Kangana’s comments on Taapsee along with a caption that reads that ‘Kangana’s reaction would have been ‘funny’ had it not been ‘toxic or abusive’, Taapsee joked “But what if those are the basics of someone’s DNA? Or RNA? Or even platelets.”

Earlier in the day, Taapsee, while referring to Rihanna’s comment on Farmers’ protest, posted that “If one tweet rattles your unity, one joke rattles your faith or one show rattles your religious belief then it’s you who has to work on strengthening your value system not become ‘propaganda teacher’ for others.”

Her tweet was indirectly hinted towards several celebrities including Bollywood actors Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn, Anupam Kher, Suniel Shetty; filmmaker Karan Johar, and producer Ekta Kapoor who called out to maintain peace and unity and stay away from propaganda using similar hashtags.

Soon after her tweet, Kangana wrote, “B grade logon ki B grade thinking (B grade people have a B grade mentality), one should stand up for one’s faith motherland and family, yehi Karm hai yehi Dharm bhi hai (this is our duty) …. free fund ka sirf khane wale mat bano (don’t be a freeloader)… iss desh ka bojh (don’t be a burden on this country)… that’s why I call them B grade … ignore them free loaders …”
