The shooting of actor John Abraham’s next film ‘Attack’, which is ready to hit screens on Independence day has been halted by local people at Dhanipur strips. They started making noise and some miscreants also started hurling abuses.

According to Zee News, people climbed the boundary strip of the airstrip when the main gate of the sets was closed till the afternoon. When the shooting got disrupted, the security personnel of the team started silencing the people who got angry and started pelting stones at them.

Police were called in and soon after that, the villagers fled after Police intervened and the crew continued with the shoot.

The people who had run away from the police had come to see the shooting, said the Gandhi Park Police.

John has been sharing several behind-the-scene moments on his social media pages and the film crew is currently filming the action scenes of the film on the runway.

Written and directed by debutante Lakshya Raj Anand, the film is said to be inspired by true events, set against a hostage crisis in a country. It also stars Jacqueline Fernandez and Rakulpreet Singh in pivotal roles.
