Popular Indian actor Rambha met with a car accident in Ontario, Canada on Monday, October 31, while driving back home with her kids. 

She posted multiple images on Instagram, sharing the news with her fans and followers. A little girl can be seen in the first image, laying on a hospital bed. The car’s damage was visible in the following pictures.

“Our car was hit by another car at an intersection way back from picking kids from school! ‘Me with kids and my nanny’. All of us are safe with minor injuries, my little Sasha is still in the hospital, bad days bad times. Please pray for us, your prayers mean a lot,” the caption of the post read.

The accident took place on Monday when the actor was returning home after picking up her children from school. While her car was wrecked as a result of the accident, Rambha escaped with minor injuries but her daughter, Sasha, had to be admitted in a hospital. 

Instagram users have sent their wishes for the actor’s young daughter.

“My God. Please be careful. prayers and love,” one user wrote in the comment section of the post.

“Omg… pleased you guys are okay.. take care ra.. sending prayers and love,” another said.

“Omg, don’t worry she will be well, our prayers are always there for you Sasha will be recovered soon,” the wishes continued.

Bollywood actor Vikaas Kalantri also reacted to her Instagram post and wrote, “My God. Take care, please. Love and prayers.”

Tollywood star Sridevi Vijaykumar also commented on the post. “Oh my God… glad you guys are safe… take care… sending prayers and love,” she wrote. 

Rambha appeared in 1997 super hit movie Judwaa, along with Salman Khan. She had also acted in several other popular movies including Bandhan, Govinda’s Kyo Kii, Main Jhuth Nahin Bolta, and the multi-starrer Jaani Dushman: Ek Anokhi Kahani.

She had also made appearances in Telugu and Tamil films before quitting her acting career in 2010 before marrying Canadian businessman Inthiran Pathmanathan. The couple has three children, two daughters and a son.
