How to get refunds?
If you are one of the fans who purchased a ticket for the tour, you might have already received emails from venues such as The O2 arena informing you that the show has been canceled.
“We regret to inform you that the Justin Bieber shows planned to take place at The O2 arena have been canceled,” one of the emails read. “We understand you will be disappointed and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”

The website for Ticketmaster, which is where a majority of the fans purchased their tickets, has also been updated to show a long list of canceled tour dates across the globe.
According to emails from The O2 arena and Amsterdam’s Ziggo Dome, fans will receive an automatic refund back to the account used to purchase the ticket. However, it may take up to ten working days to get the refunds back in your accounts. Those who purchased accessible seating or tickets from the venue’s box office should contact the venue directly.
Justin Bieber has canceled other tours before
Bieber also suspended his tour back in September because of physical and mental health issues. At the time, he said, “After getting off the stage, the exhaustion overtook me and I realize that I need to make my health the priority right now.” He was also dealing with Ramsay Hunt Syndrome, which caused partial paralysis to his face.
