Canadian pop singer, Justin Bieber made an announcement on September 6, 2022, via his Instagram post that is putting his health first and taking a break from his tour once again.

He began the message by saying, “Earlier this year, I went public with my battle with Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome, where my face was partially paralysed. As a result of this illness, I was not able to complete the North American leg of the Justice Tour.” The Never Say Never singer also mentioned that after taking some time to rest and consult with his family and doctors, he went ahead with the European leg of his tour.

Bieber performed six live shows in Europe and said “it took a toll on me”. He also performed at the Rock in Rio festival in Brazil this weekend. “So I’m going to take a break from touring for the time being,” the Peaches singer continued. “I’m going to be ok, but I need time to rest and get better. I’ve been so proud to bring this show and our message of justice to the world.”

He thanked his fans for their prayers and support and closed the announcement by saying, “I love you all passionately”.

Bieber initially postponed his tour in early June. On June 10, 2022, he shared an Instagram video where one of his eyes was not functioning properly. He captioned the post, “As you can see, this eye is not blinking.” He also said, “I can’t smile on this side of my face. This nostril will not move, so there’s full paralysis on this side of my face.”
