The Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco and Tom Pelphrey are expecting their first child. On October 11, the Meet Cute star revealed that she and her boyfriend are expecting their first child together.
The revelations come just over a year after Cuoco and her ex-husband, Karl Cook, confirmed their divorce, which was finalised in June. Meanwhile, she’s been having the time of her life in her incredibly cute whirlwind romance with Pelphrey, posting adorable photos and red-carpet moments online.

April 21, 2022: Meet-cute
Cuoco and Pelphrey’s paths met seven months after her divorce with Cook at the fourth season premiere of the Netflix TV series Ozark. It was love at first sight.
Pelphrey played the character of disturbed Ben Davis in the Netflix drama. The duo met at an after-show party. Cuoco later disclosed that she had attended that party at the request of her manager, who also happens to be Pelphrey’s manager.
“I went inside because I was so excited, and we met there — and it was love at first sight,” Cuoco told ET.

Pelphrey uploaded a pair of Polaroid pictures of himself and his latest lady love, along with a lengthy quote from a play that was particularly meaningful to the star: “But nothing can save you. Not your friends, not the best Fred Astaire musical you’ve ever seen—the grace of it, not the beauty of your mother, not a line from a letter you find at the bottom of a drawer, not a magazine or the next day. May 23, 2022: First public appearance
The following month, the couple made their first public appearance when they decided to attend the Hollywood Walk of Fame celebration for a renowned TV producer and creator Greg Berlanti. During the ceremony, the couple sat side by side in public, holding hands, laughing and smiling.
May 26, 2022: Cuoco’s friends bless their relationship
Cuoco’s friends, it turns out, are also Pelphrey fans. Zosia Mamet, her Flight Attendant co-star and actual BFF, spoke with ET and gave their relationship her blessings and best wishes.
“It’s very interesting, and she said it from the start, so I knew when she knew. You’re so interconnected when you’re best friends with someone when you’re truly best friends and you love them that much.” Mamet said. “And I was one of the last people to meet him. I met him and thought to myself, ‘I feel like I’ve known you forever.’ And he adores her like it’s nobody’s business, which is all that matters to me.” she added.
September 12, 2022: To the Emmy’s
When the adorable couple visited this year’s Emmy Awards together, they took a big step forward in their relationship. Cuoco, who was shortlisted for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Comedy Series for her role in The Flight Attendant, looked lovely in a bright pink ensemble, while Pelphrey was selected for Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama Series for his role on Ozark, looked dashing in a tailored tux.

The adorable celebrities shared their thrilling pregnancy news on Instagram, with endearing and beautiful pictures.
“Baby girl Pelphrey coming 2023,” Cuoco wrote beside the a photo of herself and Pelphrey, 40, holding up a slice of pink-icing-covered cake. “… @tommypelphrey I love you!!!”
Cuoco also shared photos of her positive pregnancy tests, her and Pelphrey carrying “Mama Bear” and “Papa Bear” tea cups, onesies for their upcoming baby girl, and Cuoco’s growing baby bump in her post.
