Kid Cudi had taken over Kanye West’s slot at Rolling Loud Miami 2022. A clip surfaced online soon after his concert and it was posted on an Instagram account ‘The Shade Rooms’. The clip showed Kid Cudi screaming at the crowd to stop throwing random items at him and he also threatened the crowd to leave the auditorium.

He said, “If I get hit with one more f_ _king thing, if I see one more f_ _king thing on this f_ _king stage I’m leaving”.

Soon after his statement on stage, a water bottle went flying his way. He then dropped the mic and walked off the stage while the audience continued to protest.

This disrespectful behavior came from the people because they were expecting Kanye West’s performance in Rolling Loud Miami 2022 for quite some time. Rolling Loud Miami organizers had been promoting Kanye West’s appearance for months. On Monday, July 18, they announced the abrupt cancellation, which arrived without explanation. The organizers and planners said in a statement, “We were looking forward to Ye headlining Rolling Loud Miami 2022. We spent months working with him and his team on the performance. Unfortunately, Ye has decided that he will no longer be performing.

“This is the first time a headliner has ever pulled off our show and though we don’t take it lightly, we wish him the best. We look forward to welcoming Kid Cudi as a headliner in Miami and we can’t wait to see what he has in store.”

Rolling Loud Miami 2022 started on July 18 and continues till tomorrow.  Saturday, July 23, will have performances from Lil Uzi Vert, Gucci Mane, DaBaby, and many others. The annual festival concludes on Sunday, July 24 with Kendrick Lamar in the prime spot, Lil Baby, Kodak Black and Baby Keem will also be seen performing.
