After setting the stage on fire during the ‘Permission To Dance On Stage’ concert on March 10,12 and 13 this year, Korean music band BTS seems to be having a lot more in store for fans. 

Band member Kim Taehyung, also known as V, recently confirmed to release a mixtape during an interaction with BTS fans on the Weverse platform. 

After one Weverse user asked, “Taehyung when does your mixtape come out?”

V responded, “(planning) To release it this year.”

Another fan talked about looking forward to the upcoming mixtape to which the band member replied, “It’s good to look forward to it”.

Soon after the announcement, fans of the band, popularly known as ARMY, celebrated the news on social media platforms with the hashtag ‘KTH1 Is Coming’.

One Twitter user wrote, “Bringing back this Taehyung’s masterpiece Travel with me song. Can’t wait upcoming mixtape! KTH1 IS COMING!”

Another user added, “”Kim Taehyung said he will release his mixtape this year which means that KTH1 IS COMING this is real everyone the king is coming!”

Another user suggested a popular track of the band to be included in the mixtape, “Taehyung! This is the song ‘Travel With Me’ we adore so much and that we mentioned earlier on Weverse. It would be a dream come true if you decided to add this song to your mixtape. KTH1 IS COMING.”

 Last week, the band performed at the ‘Permission To Dance On Stage’ concert in Seoul, South Korea. The music event took place March 10, 12 and 13, 2022 at the Olympic Stadium. 

Members of the band including, Jimin, V, Jungkook, Suga, Jin, RM and J-Hope performed on the stage. The concert was the band’s first in-person music event in South Korea since the pandemic began.
