The Mandalorian’s Grogu and Din are back in the latest trailer. The Mandalorian season 3 trailer premiered at D23. It showcases some of the new season’s action but also sets up an all-out battle for the Bo-Katan and the other Mandalorians. The next entry of The Mandalorian will premiere on Disney+ in 2023.

The brief season 3 preview picks up where The Book of Boba Fett left off, which was essentially an unofficial half-season of The Mandalorian. Grogu and Mando are back together and as happy as they can be, but their reunion hasn’t solved Grogu’s general lack of training, and he’s still as rambunctious as ever. Here’s everything you need to know about Season 3.

Mandalorian Season 3 plot:

According to Games Radar, Dave Filoni has given us our first tease at what we can expect in The Mandalorian Season 3: “There’s a lot of new adventures coming up. I have to be careful, I can’t really say anything specific, but I think the Force will be strong with this, let’s just say that.”

The Mandalorian season 3 plot clearly does not depict Mando advancing to the mighty throne to rule over the planet. Season 2 of The Mandalorian concluded with eight intriguing episodes depicting explorations all over the galaxy. It was revealed that the dangerous mission brought Mando, Bo-Katan, and the rest of the crew together to face Moff Gideon.

It was also revealed near the end of season 2 of The Mandalorian where Mando, Bo-Katan, and Koska Reeves were going next. The crew had everything they required to finally liberate Mandalore from the clutches of the imperial power. They were seen regaining control of the Imperial cruiser and an array of weapons taken from Gideon, including the Darksaber.

Mandalorian Season 3 trailer:

The teaser shows Djarin and Grogu reuniting as the former attempts to make reparations for stripping away his helmet.

It also shows Bo-Katan, who appears to be upset about Din winning the Dark Saber. The trailer also shows her sitting on a throne and having a conversation with Din and the Child, implying that the pair will come back to Mandalore. The trailer also includes Carl Weathers, Paul Sun-Hyung Lee, Amy Sedaris, and Omid Abtahi, who will return for the third season.
