Morbius will be released in India by Sony Pictures Entertainment on April 1, 2022.

One of the most intriguing and conflicted characters in Sony Pictures Universe of Marvel Characters, Oscar winner Jared Leto, transforms into the mysterious antihero Michael Morbius on the big screen. Morbius stars Jared Leto, Michael Keaton, Matt Smith, Adria Arjona, Jared Harris, Al Madrigal, and Tyrese Gibson.

Morbius is finally going to be released on Friday, April 1st, after multiple delays. The film, which takes place in the same universe as Venom and Venom: Let There Be Carnage, is part of Sony’s Marvel universe. The third film in the series will include the live-action debut of the comic book character Morbius. Morbius was established as a villain for both Spider-Man and Blade in the Marvel comics, but he later evolved into a vigilante who wants to satiate his craving for blood by fighting bad guys.

Dr Morbius, who is critically ill with a rare blood ailment and is motivated to save others from the same destiny, takes a risky gamble. While it appears to be a huge success at first, the darkness within him is released.

The Oscar winner Jared Leto plays the primary role of Michael Morbius in the film. Morbius begins as a great scientist with a rare blood condition. In order to find a cure, he injects vampire bat DNA into his blood, transforming himself into a vicious pseudo-vampire. The plot centres around Leto’s character coping with his talents while resisting his need for human blood.

The film also delves into a previously unseen dark side of the Marvel universe. Morbius, the new chapter of Marvel’s dark, dangerous, and fascinating characters, arrives in theatres this Friday.

Daniel Espinosa is the film’s director. The Swedish director made his Hollywood debut in 2012 with the thriller Safe House starring Denzel Washington and Ryan Reynolds, which was followed by the Tom Hardy-led Child 44 and the sci-fi feature Life starring Reynolds, Jake Gyllenhaal, and Rebecca Ferguson.

Morbius will be released in India by Sony Pictures Entertainment on April 1, 2022. The film will be released in English, Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu.
