Plot

The official trailer for Mighty Morphin Power Rangers: Once and Always hints at a plot that combines nostalgia with a touch of poignancy. The original villain, Rita Repulsa, returns with a new scheme to travel back in time and eliminate the Power Rangers before they even become Rangers. The only way to stop her plan is for the original Blue and Black Rangers, Billy and Zack, to team up with the Red and Pink Rangers from the second Mighty Morphin era, Rocky and Kat. However, the twist in the plot comes in the form of Minh, the daughter of Trini, the Yellow Ranger who was killed by Rita. Minh adds an emotional depth to the story and brings attention to the losses suffered throughout the Power Rangers franchise.
