The first
half of the fifth and final season of the show Money Heist (La Casa De Papel) premiered on September 3. The five episodes left the fans wanting more. The
latest volume has received a positive response from all over the world and has left
the everyone longing for more. It was everything that the fans asked for, and
more. But where does the show go from here? One of the biggest points of discussion
has been the fate of the crazy villain Alicia Sierra. She had put everything on
the line in trying to stop the heist but after being betrayed by the police what
will the egoistical maniac do?

She exposed
the government and Tamaco in front of the whole world and refused to be the
only one going down. She was well aware of the consequences of her actions but
Sierra has never been controlled and never will be. She works on her own terms.
This meant a warrant being issued to catch her, she fled the scene and went
after the Professor alone.

A tiger
works best alone and that’s what she did. She caught the Professor in his den
and held him at gun point. The action unfolded and the gang had to work without
the guidance of their teacher which resulted in things going haywire. Sierra
tortured him, shot him, tied him with a chain and used all of her tactics but
Sergio did not reveal anything. In the meantime, Tamaco framed Sierra as the
one working with the robbers. She had the Professor right where she wanted but
then her water broke.

She tried
to deliver the baby herself but failed at it. She had to untie the professor and his friends for the safety of
her child and gave birth to her daughter, Victoria. This change in circumstance might
have softened her feelings towards the gang and the Professor. She had more in
common with the criminals than she ever did with the police anyway and the
latter had always betrayed her.

She sits
without any ammunition or a weapon in a room of 3 men, 2 of whom have
commendable combat skills. Sergio starts guiding the team again, wearing his
headset and giving instructions. Sierra can even be seen putting a hand on the
Professor’s shoulder as he is unable to save Tokyo, which is being interpreted
as a show of concern. After being betrayed by the police she could very well
secure the future of her child by switching sides and working with the
criminals. It could be the final twist in a tantalizing tale.

However,
another thing that was noticed is Alicia going to the washroom and hiding a
scissor to possibly attack the Professor. It should also be noted that she
names her daughter Victoria which could signal towards her going for the win
rather than formulating new bonds. She could be trying to lull the Professor
into a false sense of security to be able to garner evidence against him. This direction
seems more possible considering her character.

We will have to wait until December 3 to find out what direction Sierra
chooses to go in.
