Recently evicted Bigg Boss OTT contestant Muskan Jattana talked about her mother’s reaction to the revelation of her sexual orientation. Muskan said that she never came out to her mother but casually mentioned that she was going on a date with a woman.

In an interview with News18, Muskan said that after exiting the show she showed her mother a news story about her sexual identity as bisexual. Muskan’s mother informed that her sexual orientation was discussed a lot.

Muskan said, “It is not that big of a deal, because it is my sexuality right? If people are so invasive in my personal life that they can leak my video and share it, then I should be able to completely be open with my life.”

She added, “I never came out to my mother, I never sat her down and told her ‘I like girls.’ I told her that I’m going on a date with one.”

“It’s not a big deal in my house. So it should not be a big deal to anyone else. I realised it after I came out of the house and read news articles. I thought, ‘Oh s***t, people care about me.’ I showed my mother the article and she said that there was a lot of discussion around it,” she said.

Last week at the Bigg Boss OTT house, Muskan Jattana and Neha Bhasin received the lowest number of votes among the other nominated contestants. The housemates were asked to vote for the contestants that they want to save.

Divya Agarwal and Nishant Bhat voted for Muskan, whereas Shamita Shetty and Pratik Sehajpal voted for Neha Bhasin.

Raqesh Bapat had to decide whom he would like to save from eliminations, he then chose Neha resulting in the elimination of Muskan from the controversial show.
