Canadian-American model and actor Pamela Anderson has recently decided to break ties with her fifth husband, Dan Hayhurst.
According to sources, Anderson decided to divorce Dan because he was “unkind, unsupportive and a d**k”.
Anderson’s representative confirmed the news to Page Six, stating that the Baywatch star is filing for divorce in her home country, Canada.
Anderson and Dan had been living in their Vancouver Island home since Christmas Eve of 2020.

Before getting hitched, the duo had a professional dynamic, with Dan being Anderson’s bodyguard and contractor.
According to Page Six, the couple was initially doing well, but things went downhill after the duo quarantined together for a long period of time. After spending a significant amount of time together, Anderson revealed that the duo had nothing in common and Dan did not treat her well.
According to Page Six, the unnamed source also added that the duo would often get in tiffs, even though Dan had stated that he wanted to make the marriage work.
The source further stated that Anderson had liked that Dan was a regular guy, but later felt that he cannot fulfil her needs. The duo had been married for a year.

The couple’s relationship had been under fire since the start, with Dan’s former partner alleging that Anderson had split up her family. After the wedding, Dan’s former partner, Carey spoke to The Sun and stated, “I want people to know that my almost five-year relationship, with three children involved, ended because of the affair Pam and Dan started while he was still with me.” She added, “It’s sad that people celebrate this and cheer them on when it started with deceit, denials and life-shattering choices for all the people involved.”
Anderson, as of late, has been involved in activism, advocating for animal rights, free speech, Wikileaks founder Julian Assange, while taking a stance against sexual abuse.
