Bollywood actors Rajkummar Rao and Patralekhaa tied the knot in an intimate ceremony in Chandigarh on Monday evening after being in a relationship for over 11 years.
Sharing photos from the wedding on Instagram, Rajkummar Rao wrote, “Finally after 11 years of love, romance, friendship and fun, I got married to my everything today, my soulmate, my best friend, my family. Today there is no greater happiness for me than being called your husband @patralekhaa Here’s to forever .. and beyond.”
Patralekhaa also shared photos from the ceremony, writing, “I got married to my everything today; my boyfriend, my partner in crime, my family, my soulmate…My best friend for the last 11 years! There is no greater feeling than to be your wife! Here’s to our forever…”
Several of their friends and colleagues wished them in the comments section.

The couple hosted a stunning all-white-themed engagement party on Saturday, which was attended by their close friends and family. A video of them proposing to each other went viral on social media.
Rajkummar Rao saw Patralekhaa in an advertisement a few years ago and said to himself, “I am going to marry her.” Little did he know that his dream would come true on November 15, 2021.
While Rajkummar first saw Patralekhaa in an advertisement, the latter saw him for the first time in ‘Love, Sex Aur Dhokha’. They went on to work together in ‘City Lights’ in 2014 and the rest in history.
Speaking about their love story, Patralekha told Humans of Bombay, “When we started working together, it was like magic. The kind of passion he had was like a power. I couldn’t have respected more than that. We talked about our work, love and passion for films. I have seen his struggles he never gives up. How did we not love each other?”
Rajkumar Rao further said, ”I still remember when I saw you in the ad and was stunned. I thought one day I’d meet this girl. It is luck or the time cycle that I met you only after a month. We have been together for so many years, yet it seems that we have just met. You are the sweetest and strongest girl I have met. Let’s make memorable moments together.”
