Angela White, better known as Blac Chyna, and Rob Kardashian have agreed to settle the ongoing revenge porn lawsuit between them at the eleventh hour, as per TMZ.

The two, aged 34 and 35, share a daughter, Dream, who’s five years old. They were slated to try the case in Los Angeles, California, on Monday. It is not known whether they reached a financial settlement.

Chyna had filed the lawsuit back in 2017, claiming to have suffered damages when her former partner posted several social media posts after their split, which included allegations of alcohol and drug abuse, infidelity, and three nude pictures.

The American model claimed that the scandal around her photos and the influence of the Kardashian family led to their reality show, ‘Rob & Chyna’ being axed before it could have a second season.

Since the matter was reportedly settled before the jury selection for the trial was slated to begin, potential jurors were informed that their services were no longer required. Judge Gregory Alarcon, who’s presiding over the matter, will move to formally dismiss the matter via written ruling.

This news comes days after the two failed to reach an agreement but Kardashian’s legal team was eager not to let the case reach the trial stage.

Lynne Ciani, Chyna’s lawyer, told People at the time, “Without a settlement, Chyna will prove her case to a Los Angeles jury on June 20 that Rob posted devastating revenge porn of her to millions of his Instagram followers without her consent”, and added, “Rob Kardashian has never taken responsibility for his heinous and vengeful act of posting revenge porn against Chyna in July 2017. He was never criminally prosecuted. It is finally time for Rob to be held accountable in a court of law.”
