Rapper Rich The Kid has allegedly been sued in a Massachusetts court over an unfulfilled $35,000 hush money payment for keeping pregnancy a secret, several media reports said on Saturday. The woman – ‘Jane Doe’ – has not been recognised yet.
According to a report by Radar Online, Rich was win the woman at a private hotel event in January of 2023. He drafted an agreement, asking her to get an abortion and promising $35,000 in exchange to keep mum.
The report adds that the rapper still owes Jane Doe about $25,000.

Radar Online further reports that Jane Doe claimed that the two had ‘unprotected sexual activity at his request’. She further accused Rich Kid of battery for aggressively touching her to keep her in the hotel without consent.
The rapper, as per the report, followed her after she left and got into an Uber. When Jane Doe found out about the baby, she wanted to keep it. However, Rich the Kid’s deal led to an abortion.

“Desperate to keep his sexual encounters with Doe a secret from Brixx, in addition to having Doe (1) forgo a claim for assault and battery and to (2) forgo Doe’s contemplation of taking her pregnancy to full term, RTK and Doe entered into a Settlement Agreement (‘Agreement’) executed on March 29-30, 2023, which provided for financial payments to Doe by RTK,” the lawsuit stated as per Radar Online.
Rich the Kid is yet to respond to the lawsuit.
