Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor made a beautiful couple when they married on Thursday in an intimate ceremony at their Pali Hill home, Vastu. The couple looked like royalty, dressed in traditional attire and jewellery.

Alia wore a heavily embroidered ivory sari by ace designer Sabyasachi Mukherjee to the ceremony. She paired the six yards with an embroidered handwoven tissue veil, which complemented her minimalistic look even more.

Aside from the intricate gold work, the veil was also inscribed with a special memory. The wedding date — April 14 — is inscribed on the veil in a photo shared online by Diet Sabya.

The white embroidered text reads, “The fourteenth of April 2022.”
