With Bigg Boss OTT nearing its end, family members and friends of the housemates visited the show. Sunanda Shetty visited the controversial show to encourage her daughter Shamita Shetty. The mother-daughter duo had a heartfelt conversation. 

Sunanda Shetty first asked Shamita about Raqesh Bapat with whom the Mohabbatein actress was seen getting close. Shamita’s mother told her that she and Raqesh are being loved by the viewers of the show.

Sunanda Shetty asked Raqesh not to change himself for others, she also advised him to play the game whether it is good, bad or ugly.

She also praised Raqesh for opening about his life to guest Nia Sharma. Finally, Sunanda Shetty encouraged Raqesh to be the person he is and said that he doesn’t need to shout to be seen on the screen.

As per the Times of India report, Shamita’s mother called Raqesh a sweet and gentleman. “He is such a sweet man, such a gentleman in the house,” she said.

Shamita spoke to her mother about being called ‘bossy’ and ‘controlling’ by the other housemates.

Her mother said, “Bossy from which angle, you have not come with golden horns on your head. You came in as a simple girl just as other participants. People are intimidated and you are a normal simple girl in the house.”

She added, “You don’t need to change yourself for others. I know who you are, let me tell you what the world thinks, you are, they think you are a queen as you are residing in their hearts.”

She also said, “I know you don’t deserve many things that are hurled at you. Ups and downs are a part of life.”

Shamita’s mother then thanked singer Neha Bhasin for standing by her daughter. She also said that Pratik Sehajpal is like a coconut, hard from the outside and soft from the inside.
