Singer Shawn Mendes has cancelled the remainder of his Wonder: The World Tour in order to focus on his mental health. Here’s how you could get ticket refunds if we’re booked to attend.
The 23-year-old was supposed to perform at the Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, WI, on July 12, 2022. According to the official website of Fiserv Forum, no action will be required to obtain a refund for the purchased ticket. The refund amount will be processed to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase, within the next 30 days.
“If the tickets were transferred to you, the refund will go to the fan who originally purchased the tickets from Ticketmaster,” the website states.
According to Ticketmaster, people can locate their tickets by signing in to their online account.
“If your event is eligible for a refund or credit, those options will be visible within the Event Details of your order,” the website states.

Mendes had started his tour in Portland, Oregon on June 27, 2022. He was expected to perform across the United States and Canada through October. The European leg of the tour was supposed to begin in May 2023.
In a social media post on Wednesday, he announced that he is cancelling the remaining dates of his tour.
“I started this tour excited to finally get back to playing live after a long break due to the pandemic, but the reality is I was not at all ready for how difficult touring would be after this time away,” he said.
“After speaking more with my team and working with an incredible group of health professionals, it has become more clear that I need to take the time I’ve never taken personally, to ground myself and come back stronger.”
