Stranger Things season 4 has a lot of unanswered questions after season 3’s explosive 77-minute finale, ‘The Battle of Starcourt.’ In May of this year, Netflix released its most recent teaser trailer. The clip transports us to the laboratory where Dr. Brenner conducted his experiments on children, which was last seen in flashbacks in seasons one and two. So far, not even a release date has been announced for Stranger Things season 4. We know that David Harbour’s Hopper somehow survived the season 3 finale and is now in a Russian prison.

Season 4 of Stranger Things will be “insane,” according to star Caleb McLaughlin. “I can’t wait for people to see the season. We’ve been filming it for the past year and a half, almost two years, because of COVID. I’m looking forward to everyone seeing the season.” Complex spoke with McLaughlin, who plays Lucas in the Netflix series. “It’s unmistakably different from the previous two seasons. The plots are insane. It will be fascinating to see what people think about this. While I’m saying this, I’m thinking about what we’ve been filming and I’m like, ‘Wow.’ Nobody knows what is going to happen next. ‘This is insane.'”

Fans, on the other hand, should not expect it to air until 2022. According to Finn Wolfhard, who plays Mike Wheeler, this is the case. Wolfhard was asked about the release date of Season 4 during a chat on the online meet-and-greet platform Fanmio. In somewhat disappointing news, he confirmed that season 4 will not be released until next year.
