Bollywood actors Suniel Shetty and Sanjay Dutt are all set to join hands on screen after 12 years in an upcoming comedy film. The film is a family comedy, starring Zayed Khan and Esha Deol.

Suniel Shetty, actor and entrepreneur, revealed in a recent interaction that he will be teaming up with Dutt in Samir Karnik’s next, in which they will both be ‘playing their age’.

The two actors, who are also good friends, are best known for their collaborations in action films like Kaante, Dus and Shootout At Lokhandwala.

The duo was last seen together in the 2010 movie ‘No  Problem’, and will be teaming up after more than a decade. 

Suniel Shetty, 60, expressed his excitement collaborating with Dutt, 62, after so many years. He shared that the script is ‘brilliant’ and will feature the actors bringing comedy to the table, unlike the macho characters they usually portray. He added that the upcoming film explores their personal bond, “We share a superb equation. I think it (the film) is a take on our personal relationship too. We get along well and you will see us that way- cool and casual- on-screen, too.”

Shetty was last seen in ‘Tadap’, his son Ahan Shetty’s Bollywood debut. He has also appeared in popular films, including the National Award-winning Malayalam film Marakkar, Arabikadalinte Simham. Sanjay Dutt was last seen in Bhuj: The Pride of India. He is set to see the release of Prithviraj, Shamshera and K.G.F:Chapter 2 this year.
