The one-hour documentary will explore the life of popular basketball player Kobe Bryant. His experiences on the basketball court, his feats, his losses, indiscretions, personal life controversies, and the infamous rape allegations posed while his career was at its peak.
In 2003, a 19-year-old female hotel employee accused Kobe Bryant of sexual assault. The woman accused Bryant of raping her in his hotel room and filed a police report. After the investigation, Bryant admitted to a sexual encounter with his accuser but insisted the sex was consensual.
Apart from this, the documentary also consists of Bryant’s interviews with Jalen Rose, sports analyst and former NBA player; Caron Butler, a former teammate of Bryant’s; and Tracy McGrady, NBA All-Star, as well as old interviews with Bryant.
The documentary features the story of his tragic death. Bryant, his daughter Gianna and six others died on January 26, 2020, in a helicopter crash.
