Sushmita Sen‘s ex-boyfriend Rohman Shawl and her brother Rajeev Sen have reacted to the news of her dating former Indian Premier League chairperson Lalit Modi.

“Let’s be happy for them na. Love is beautiful. All I know is if she has chosen someone, he is worth it!” Rohman told Pinkvill.com.

In an interaction with the ETimes, Sushmita’s brother, Rajeev Sen, said he didn’t know anything about his sister’s relationship.

“I am pleasantly surprised. I will speak to my sister before I say anything. I wasn’t aware of it at all. My sister is yet to confirm this from her end, so, I can’t comment as of now,” he said.

On Thursday night, Lalit Modi, in a Twitter post, confirmed that he and the actor are in a relationship. He also shared photos from their Maldives vacation.

“Just back in London after a whirling global tour #maldives #sardinia with the families – not to mention my #betterhalf @sushmitasen47 – a new beginning a new life finally. Over the moon (sic),” he tweeted.
