That ‘70s Show’s cast has reunited in a new spin-off named That ‘90s Show. But, amongst all one major character would be missing – Danny Masterson.

Danny Masterson played the role of Steven Hyde in the series. He will not reprise his role on the new Netflix show. This comes after the actor was charged in 2020 with raping three women in separate incidents that occurred between 2001 and 2003.

Masterson was put on trial the next year after entering a not-guilty plea to each of the three accusations in January 2021. The rape trial was ruled a mistrial in December 2022 after the jury indicated they were unable to decide on any of the three criminal accusations Masterson faced, according to Deadline and the Associated Press.
