The Gray Man‘ on Netflix tells the tale of a secret agent by the name of Sierra Six. He is a man who operates covertly. He is so reclusive that the agency doesn’t keep a file on him, so no one is aware of his true identity or origins.

Sierra Six has a mysterious air about him due to the mystery surrounding his past, which intrigues the audience even more. We learn that he had a brother from the film’s hints about his life before joining the CIA.

The film hardly touches on Six’s brother’s fate, even though he went on to become a notorious figure in the world of espionage. Here is everything you need to know about him.

Many details about Court Gentry are left out of ‘The Gray Man‘s’ account of Sierra Six. Similar to the nonexistent file about the Sierras, the movie only reveals the details necessary for the viewer to believe him about his past.

The context around them is purposefully left unexplored, and this is what establishes the framework for the sequel in the movie. However, there is enough discussion of Six’s past to give us a general idea of what happened to him and his family.

Six conceals his past, but some of it is revealed by the scars and tattoos on his body. In one scene, his wrist has burns from smoking, and a flashback reveals that his father caused those burns.

It turns out that his father approved of using violence and abuse to accustom his children to the harsh realities of life. He believed that if they have endured worse, they won’t be hurt severely.

Court’s father abuses him brutally as a child in an effort to get his body accustomed to pain. He acts in a manner reminiscent of Court’s younger brother, we assume.

The children would have had to endure and grow accustomed to small things at first. But as time went on, their father’s violence began to set new records.

At one point, things became so bad that Court thought his brother might pass away. He made the decision to kill his father and put an end to this suffering in order to stop that from happening. He killed his father with a gun, for which he was jailed.

Fitzroy eventually located him, and the rest is history. What became of his brother, though, remained a mystery.

It is believed that Court stepped in just in time to prevent his brother from passing away at the hands of his father. At this point, their mother’s whereabouts are not mentioned, but it’s possible that she was elsewhere. His brother would have been taken into state custody if Court had been in prison. He must have entered the foster care system because his entire family was unable to care for him at the time.

It is mentioned that Fitzroy picked the people without family while discussing the Sierras. They were effective killers because they didn’t feel any attachment. But Fitz must have been aware of him if Court was able to save his brother. He might have even assisted Court in finding him later on, if only to provide closure.

The narrative had two possible directions from here. The court might have absolved his brother, leaving him content with his life as it was.

This would be advantageous for him because staying in touch with his brother would endanger both of their lives. But no matter how hard you try, you can never forget your family.

So there’s a chance that Court got to know his brother and kept up a connection with him, even if it was distant.

The follow-up is anticipated to go into greater detail about Court’s past and his brother’s future. Six will be looking for somewhere they can hide safely while he and Claire are on the run from the CIA. He will require a reliable person for this.

His brother appears to be the best alternative now that Fitz is gone. We also don’t know what happened to his brother’s life. Who knows, maybe Fitz (or someone else) recognised his potential and made him an agent.

If that is the case, Six would have a very strong ally in his brother, which he desperately needs if he is to defend Claire and himself from their adversaries.
