While her true identity remains a mystery, some have speculated that she may be the Clone Wars villain Rook Kast, who served Darth Maul and held Mandalore under their thumb. With Bo-Katan now part of the Children of the Watch, there is a growing possibility that she may expose the Armorer’s true identity.

Bo-Katan and the Armorer’s rivalry is rooted in their differing perspectives on the Mandalorian way of life. Bo-Katan is a member of the Mandalorian Death Watch, a group that initially sought to return Mandalore to its warrior past and overthrow its pacifist government. She later became the leader of the Nite Owls, a group of Mandalorian warriors who fought against the Empire during the Galactic Civil War.

Fans are speculating that the villain, Rook Kast is actually The Armorer. Rook Kast and Bo-Katan were both part of Death Watch, fighting for leadership and the betterment of their people. However, Kast stayed with Darth Maul when he took over, participating in unspeakable acts as part of his Shadow Collective. Bo-Katan, on the other hand, actively fought against her and sought to free Mandalore from their oppression. She even fought Kast during the Siege of Mandalore, which ended with Kast surrendering to the Republic.
Bo-Katan’s familiarity with Kast’s fighting style and speech patterns could potentially lead her to expose the Armorer’s true identity. If Kast is indeed the Armorer, Bo-Katan may have to make a difficult choice of whether to stay with the Children of the Watch or not. It is also possible that she may try to push Kast out and instill Din Djarin as the new Armorer with the help of his Darksaber.
Still open to the idea that The Armourer is Rook Kast based on these things.
