Release Date:

Apple TV+ has officially announced that The Morning Show season 3 is scheduled to debut on Wednesday, September 13th. It will kick off its release with the first two episodes available on the platform.

This forthcoming season is comprised of a total of 10 episodes, with the subsequent new episodes set to be unveiled on Apple TV+ in a weekly fashion, concluding on November 8th.

Plot:

Although the precise storyline of the third season of “The Morning Show” remains shrouded in secrecy, it will pick up from the point where we last saw the characters at the conclusion of the second season. In this pivotal moment, Alex (played by Aniston) was persuaded by her producing partner, Chip (portrayed by Duplass), to embark on a live-streamed journey chronicling her Covid-19 diagnosis and subsequent quarantine. Meanwhile, Alex’s co-anchor, Bradley (Witherspoon), continued her quest to locate her missing brother, aided by network executive Cory (Crudup), who, in the season’s closing moments, confessed his love for her.

Cast:

The primary ensemble is set to make a return, featuring Jennifer Aniston and Reese Witherspoon in the lead roles as Alex and Bradley. Additionally, Billy Crudup, Mark Duplass, Nestor Carbonell, Karen Pitman, Desean Terry, Julianna Margulies, Greta Lee, and Ruairi O’Connor will be reprising their respective characters.

In a fresh addition to the original cast, Apple TV is introducing a new face to the series. The streaming service has officially announced that John Hamm, known for his role in “Mad Men,” will portray the character of Paul Marks. Paul Marks is a formidable corporate magnate with a keen interest in acquiring UBA, the network that owns ‘The Morning Show.’ This acquisition somehow thrusts Jackson and Levy into a convoluted struggle for control.
