Businessman Raj Kundra’s arrest on Monday in a porn racket case has led to a few B-town women coming out in the open, alleging harassment by him.

Poonam Pandey, who worked in a couple of films and is often in news for her bold photoshoots, on Wednesday alleged that Raj Kundra, who is the husband of Bollywood actor Shilpa Shetty, forced her to sign the contract.

“I was threatened and forced to sign a contract which stated — I have to shoot, pose and look a certain way according to their will or else, they’d leak all of my photos,” she said in a video widely circulated on social media.

The ‘Nasha’ actor said, “When I wasn’t in favour of signing and decided to terminate the contract, they leaked my personal mobile number along with messages like, ‘Call me now, I will strip for you’ on the app.”

Recalling her nightmare, Poonam Pandey said that she started receiving thousands of calls, asking for explicit services. People also sent her pornographic images and videos.

“I even left my home in fear that something bad will happen to me. It felt so scary,” she said in the video.

The contract between Poonam Pandey and Raj Kundra

In 2019, Kundra invested in Armsprime Media, which is a celebrity app that helps celebrities and influencers build and monetize their own customized products. Sherlyn Chopra and Poonam Pandey were among the several B-town clients.

Pandey, according to the India.com report, had a contract with Armsprime Media that managed the app owned by the actor. The contract, as per the statement by Poonam Pandey, ended within a month but Kundra and his team continued to use her content without her permission. She moved the Bombay High Court against the firm, alleging the misuse of her content. The firm denied using any of her content.

Reportedly, Raj Kundra sold his shares in the company to the founders last year and submitted documents related to his investment and exit with the police during the questioning.
