Two tickets to paradise, please.

Hollywood megastars Julia Roberts and George Clooney have teamed up to star opposite one another in a romantic comedy flick which has a fun twist- The two will be nowhere close to being a happy couple in the film.

“Worst 19 years of my life,” Clooney’s character says in the teaser as he describes his relationship with his ex-wife, who is played by Roberts

“We were only married for five,” she snaps back and adds, “I’m counting the recovery.”

Clooney and Roberts are returning to the romantic comedy genre with Universal’s ‘Ticket to Paradise’, which revolves around a divorced pair who reunites in Bali in order to stop their daughter, who is head over heels in love with a man, from repeating the same romantic mistake they made 25 years ago.

“I haven’t done a romantic comedy really since [1996’s] One Fine Day,” Clooney told Deadline earlier this year.

“I’ve done some sort of snarky ones, you know, and in this one, Julia and I just get to be mean to each other in the funniest way. … It’s just a really fun, fun, fun cast all the way around,” he added.

On the other hand, Roberts recently spoke to Vanity Fair about returning to the romcom genre after two decades.

“People sometimes misconstrue the amount of time that’s gone by that I haven’t done a romantic comedy as my not wanting to do one,” she said.

“If I had read something that I thought was that Notting Hill level of writing or My Best Friend’s Wedding level of madcap fun, I would do it. They didn’t exist until this movie that I just did that Ol Parker wrote and directed,” she continued.

Talking about ‘Ticket to Paradise’, Roberts said that she knew the project would “only [work] if it’s George Clooney. Lo and behold, George felt it only worked with me. Somehow we are both able to do it, and off we went.”
