Actor Tom Cruise attended the Wimbledon women’s singles finals on Saturday alongside his ‘Mission Impossible’ co-stars Hayley Atwell and Pom Klementieff. The trio watched as Australian Ashleigh Barty and Czech Republic’s Karolina Pliskova battled it out, with the former ultimately winning the match.

Cruise, 59, looked sophisticated in a blue three-piece while Atwell looked stunning in a maxi dress, which is teamed with a smart cream coat.

The official Twitter account for Wimbledon shared a few videos of the trio enjoying the match.

One of the videos was captioned, “A set down, it isn’t mission impossible from here to win for Karolina Pliskova.”

Another video showed the actor waving to the crowds.

“Take a bow, @TomCruise,” they captioned the video.

Last month, the production of the movie was briefly suspended after someone on the set tested positive for COVID.

“We have temporarily halted production on Mission: Impossible 7 until June 14th, due to positive coronavirus test results during routine testing. We are following all safety protocols and will continue to monitor the situation,” a source had told Entertainment Weekly.

Meanwhile, Cruise and his co-stars were not the only celebs to attend Saturday’s event. Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Kate Middleton and Prince William, Hollywood star Dame Maggie Smith, actor Priyanka Chopra were also seen at the event.

Priyanka was seen sporting a high neck, full sleeves white floral dress, which she paired with a tan bag. Kate, on the other hand,  wore a bright green dress. Prince William was seen wearing a blue shirt and blue suit.

Ashleigh Barty won her first Wimbledon title on the 50th anniversary of fellow indigenous Australian Evonne Goolagong Cawley’s maiden crown, beating Karolina Pliskova 6-3, 6-7 (4/7), 6-3 on Saturday. It is the first woman’s Wimbledon final to go to three sets since 2012 when Serena Williams beat Poland’s Agnieszka Radwanska.
