Priyanka Chopra Jonas resumed filming for her upcoming series ‘Citadel’ just one day after welcoming her baby girl Malti Marie into the world on Mother’s Day.

The actress has been filming for the show almost every day, and she shared a behind-the-scenes photo today.

Priyanka’s face is scarred and bloodied in the photo. She was wearing a black blouse, charming hoop earrings, and a minimalistic stroke of eyeliner in the photo. Her photo worried her fan base, who even asked her if she was alright. The photo was most likely taken after filming an action sequence.

Many fans commented that Priyanaka’s photo perfectly captures everyone’s hectic mid-week mood.

In her caption, she stated that she had a “tough day” at work.

Priyanka is also collaborating with ‘Game of Thrones‘ actor Richard Madden on the series. In pivotal roles, the series also features Stanley Tucci and Caoilinn Springall. According to media reports, the plot is a spy thriller that will be released on Amazon Prime Video. The release date has yet to be announced.

Priyanka was last seen in the sci-fi film ‘The Matrix Resurrections,’ which was released last year. In the film, Priyanka plays the adult version of the defunct television show Sati, alongside Keanu Reeves and Carrie-Anne Moss. The character first appeared as a child in ‘The Matrix Revolutions’ in 2003.

Priyanka is also preparing to make her Bollywood comeback in Farhan Akhtar‘s ‘Jee Le Zaraa’. Priyanka Chopra plays the lead in the film, alongside Alia Bhatt and Katrina Kaif. It is expected to begin production in 2023, but no date of shoot or release has been confirmed by the producers.

She is working on several projects, including a rom-com titled ‘It’s all coming back to me.’The film will be released on February 10, 2023, and is named after Celine Dion‘s hit song from her 1996 album, ‘Falling Into You.’ Sam Heughan commented on the still on Instagram, “It’s all coming back to me” (heart emoticon).
