Varun Dhawan and Natasha Dalal have tied the knot in an  intimate nuptial in Alibaug.

Dhawan took to Instagram to share photos of the two from the wedding. In one of the pictures, the couple can be seen taking the saat pheras.

“Life long love just became official,” he captioned the photos.

The childhood sweethearts got married at The Mansion House in Alibaug on Sunday evening in the presence of very few close friends and family members, keeping in mind the COVID-19 protocol. Karan Johar, Manish Malhotra, Kunal Kohli and Dhawan’s childhood friend Zoa Morani were few of the B-Towners who attended the weeding.

Several photos taken by the paparazzi prior to the wedding showed designers, bands with dhol and pandits entering the venue.

Dhawan and Dalal, who is a fashion designer, were batchmates in school. They met each other for the first time in the sixth grade.

“I actually met Natasha when I was in the sixth standard. We’ve not been dating since then but we were friends till the eleventh grade or so. But I remember that the minute I saw her, I went to Maneckji Cooper and she was in Yellow House and I in the Red House. We were on the basketball court and during the lunch break they would give you food and all…and I remember her walking and I remember seeing her,” Dhawan said in a chat with Kareena Kapoor Khan.

“I saw her and I felt like I fell in love with her. She rejected me some three or four times. I didn’t give up hope,” he added.
