Vidya Balan promoted Jalsa in a ready-to-wear semi-sheer solid black saree. It has rustic gold piping on the pallu, borders, and pleats, as well as pre-arranged pleats that are ready to be tucked in. She paired it with a full-sleeved blouse to highlight the lightweight and luxurious drape.

Vidya’s blouse is solid black with quarter length sleeves, a plunging V neckline, and shawl lapel collars. She accessorised the saree and blouse set with a tan faux leather belt with double buckles, which she cinched on the torso just below the blouse to keep her six yards’ floor-sweeping pallu in place.

At last, Vidya styled the drape with minimal statement-worthy jewels. Her earrings were ornate oval-shaped gold, and she wore an emerald green ring. The glam picks included a side-parted and sleeked back low ponytail, chocolate brown lip shade, subtle smoky eyes, mascara on the lashes, and dewy make-up.

Jalsa, directed by Suresh Triveni, stars Vidya Balan and Shefali Shah in lead roles. On March 18, the film will be released on Amazon Prime Video.
