Actor Sidharth Shukla‘s untimely demise on September 3, 2021, left the Indian showbiz industry and his fans stunned. In the last one week, several of the actor’s friends and colleagues have taken to social media to pay their tributes. On Wednesday, Bollywood actor Vidyut Jammwal went live on Instagram to share his memories with the ‘Bigg Boss 13’ winner. 

Calling Sidharth his “best friend,” Vidyut said that he has known the actor for close to 20 years. 

“I have never had a friend like Sidharth Shukla. He was my first gym partner in Mumbai and we have since had great training sessions together,” he recalled.

Vidyut revealed that Sidharth was a hardcore action movie fan and they used to watch several action movies together. He went on to say that Sidharth respected everyone, right from kids to the elderly, and that people loved him the way he was. 

He recalled the first time he met Sidharth’s mother and said she used to invite him home for some home-cooked food.

A teary-eyed Vidyut went on to say that Sidharth accomplished all that he dreamt of. 

He concluded the live by saying that Sidharth’s was the first cremation where felt like “god was getting cremated.”

“There was god lying there. There were people with folded hands. I felt very proud of you Sidharth Shukla. I can say it with a lot of pride that I love you,” he said.
